Cracker Barrel Old Country Store’s Summer Scholar Program is an 8 week, paid internship in Lebanon, TN at the Cracker Barrel Home Office. Cracker Barrel will arrange travel to and from your home or campus to Lebanon, TN. Housing will be provided during the 8 week program. Interns are welcome to bring their personal cars.
The Internship Experience
A full-time (40 hours/ week) 8-week program placement during the summer at the Cracker Barrel Home Office in Lebanon, TN

Cracker Barrel Financial Planning & Analysis is responsible for providing strategic leadership and financial analysis for the company. The team reports to the VP, Financial Planning & Analysis. The intern will report to the Sr. Manager of Menu Analytics and will be focused on one of or a variety of projects:
Business Insights– the intern will provide analysis and insights into key performance drivers of Cracker Barrel business, using data mining, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling
Growth Strategy– assist strategy team in identification and analysis of growth initiatives
Menu Analysis– assist in the analysis of core and promotional menu items
Presentation– present findings to senior leadership
Other financial analysis as needed by the business
Successful completion of first year of a MBA program. Preference will be given to high academic achievement and GMAT scores.
Must be able to commit to a 8-week placement scheduled to begin on June 3 rd
Understanding of corporate finance and capital allocation
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrates curiosity about data
Flexible and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
